Lot 20 Fossil Shark Teeth Myliobatis gigas 15.5 gr - mm 8-20 Race Eagle Rays Dogfishes Cartilaginous Fishes Chondrichthyes Selachians Elasmobranchs Myliobatidae, mandibular plates with modified teeth to crush mollusks, as in photos.

Myliobatis gigas is an extinct Eagle Ray of the order of Myliobatiformes, family Myliobatidae.
This shark lived during the Miocene (Tertiary period), about 15 million of years ago. Its fossil remains, especially teeth, have been found in fossil deposits of Peace River, in the Bone Valley Formation.
