Euspira fortunei mm 53 Seashell Gastropoda Sea Snail Moon Snail Necklace Shell, with operculum, difficult to find, only a piece, as in photos.
Trawled in 03/2014 at 25 mt. deep on sand and muddy bottom.
Family: Naticidae.
Common name: Moon Shell or Egg Collar.
Syn. Laguncula pulchella, Euspira gilva, Lunatia gilva, Natica fortunei, Natica gilva, Natica tenuis, Polinices fortunei.
