Architectonica perspectiva mm 40-45 Seashell Sea Snail Gastropod Staircase Sundial Shell.
Family: Architectonicidae.
Common name: The Clear Staircase Shell or Perspective Sundial Shell.
Syn. Solarium perspectivum.

Shell very particular, with in sight internal spiral. The specie has a unique feature: it is screwing (see photo) in the hollow of another shell, the Thatcheria mirabilis, although the two gastropods have never met, living in different seas.
