Common name: The Narrow-Banded Swallowtail.
Syn. Papilio cypraeafila.

Papilio gallienus (Distant, 1879) is a butterfly of the family Papilionidae. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the central part of the Republic of the Congo.
Females resemble to Amauris butterflies. Both sexes lack tails.
