Murex asianus mm 54 Seashell Gastropoda Murex Rock Snail, Dwarf form, with operculum, only a piece, as in photos.
Trawled in 09/2011 at a 40-60 mt. deep.
Common name: The Asian Murex.
Syn. Murex sinensis, Chicoreus (Chicoreus) asianus, Chicoreus (Chicoreus) orientalis.
