Return Policy

As by law enacted (22/05/1999 n. 185) return policy (that is the return of one or more items for which you aren't satisfied, except the cases of goods damaged) may be exercised within eight working-days from delivery of goods sending a comunication by e-mail to larcadinoe@larcadinoe.com always together a registered letter (L'Arca d Noè, v. Renzo Rossi, 22 - 00157 ROMA - ITALY) within 48 hours from the address by e-mail received.
Within the same date of eight working-days from the receipt of the goods, they must be send back intact in their original packing, with the included delivery's papers. You cannot send us the itmes without our authorization: on the contrary we'll send back them. The sending back of the goods is on the customer's responsability and the expenses are to be charged to him, included the price of reimbursement, deducted from the amount. On receipt of the goods, "L'Arca di Noè " will repay the sum of money or will change them with other items.

Images of items.

In each catalogue "L'Arca di Noè" inserts if possible some images to better identify the articles and every species of animals because the name cannot suggest you anything. We remeber you that all the photos are simply indicative illustrations and couldn't faithfully reflect the bought goods, similar, but not identic (the organisms, like their fossils, aren't mass-production articles) to those chosen on the catalogues.
